Wheldons are specialists in domestic heating installation, service and repairs, predominantly working in occupied premises, with a high level of customer care and placing clients and residents first. 

We have a proven track record working closely with our clients, mainly local authorities and housing associations, for many years. Our adaptability to change and constant drive for continual improvement has helped us develop many long term business relationships. Currently we maintain approximately 28,000 homes giving 24hr cover 365 days a year and carry out approximately 3500 installations per year.

As an ISO 9001:2000 quality assured company we maintain mature systems and processes within our quality management system. We have invested heavily in new technology and training including training several operatives to install solar power heating and introduced hand held technology to our engineers enabling them to update our systems and generate CP12 certificates in real time.

We have new comprehensive stores facility holding a stock of approximately £200,000 of spare parts and new appliances and a recently refurbished office base in Newport Pagnell, giving our staff a pleasant working environment.

We pride ourselves on teamwork with visible and accessible directors and a proven management team backed up with an excellent call centre and support services.
